Born in the Catskills, New York, USA, 1990. Lucia Côté attended The School of Visual Arts. She has participated in Artist in Residence Programs such as NES Residency in Skagaströnd, Iceland, Artist House at St Mary's College of Maryland and AZ West in Joshua Tree, California. Côté was awarded a grant from Artist’s Fellowship in New York. Her ceramics were commissioned for creative spaces on both coasts. She has taught handbuilding and pigment mixing workshops. Her work have been shown in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, San Francisco and internationally in Iceland and Finland. She currently lives and works in the Hudson Valley.
